Our Doctors
Dr. Bradley Cooper

Dr. Cooper has worked and owned OCAC for over 20 years. An original graduate of Orleans, he got his bachelor’s and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine Degree from Purdue University. During his free time, he enjoys hunting/fishing with his sons, camping with his family, and tinkering with antique John Deere tractors.
Dr. Cooper stated that he loves working/owning OCAC because he is now getting to help the next generation of some of his clients, and every day is a new challenge.
Dr. Alissa Allen
DVM
Dr. Allen started working at OCAC in 2019. She graduated from Purdue University in 2018. She enjoys caring for small animals and ruminants.
She is also interested in seeing some of our exotic and pocket pets. When not working, Dr. Allen enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with her niece and nephew.
Dr. Brianna Elliott
DVM
Dr. Elliott has been a doctor at the clinic since 2021. Before that, she worked as a technician while completing her Pre-Vet at Purdue. She finished her vet schooling at St. George University in Grenada. Dr. Elliott sees both small and large animals at the clinic and does farm calls for some of our large animals.
After work, she enjoys flower gardening and is working on starting “Petals and Paws” to sell fresh-cut flowers at the local farmer’s market. She also is a collector of “cheddar cats.” She now has three orange indoor cats, Cheese Puff, Nacho, and Queso, along with their lab mix, Jinx.
Dr. Trent Fisher
DVM
Dr. Fisher has been a veterinarian since graduating from Purdue in 1984. He owned and operated Salem Veterinary Service before selling the practice in 2018. He enjoys working on small animals primarily now. However, he does have several years of considerable animal experience as well.
His favorite thing about working at OCAC is the fun-loving staff. When not working, he enjoys traveling and cruises with family whenever possible.
Our Staff
Emma Roberts
Emma Roberts is a current Purdue University student majoring in Biology. While home on breaks, Emma enjoys working as an assistant at the clinic. She works with our small and large animal patients in a wide variety of roles, although her favorite is being able to be involved in observing any type of surgery.
Emma likes to tend to her flower garden and go hiking when not working or studying. She also has two pets to keep her busy. Lottie is her standard Australian Shepherd, and Harold is her GIANORMOUS cat who demands all the attention anyone has to offer.
Karington Stailey
Her favorite thing about her job is seeing the different pets and being around her coworkers. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and two dogs, Millie (Pug) and Lainey (Black Lab), gardening and exercising. She’s always ready to greet our clients with a welcoming smile and help out however she can.
Maryann Whalin
Not only that, but she has a black belt in Self-Defense! She says she loves working at OCAC because she works with a team that provides the best pet healthcare. Here, she is pictured with her two dogs, Bodie and Ralph, along with a client and lifelong friend’s dog, Ollie. If you see Maryann, ask her to show you some of her self-defense moves!
Toni Nelson
Toni Nelson joined our Receptionist team in August 2021. She worked at Throop Elementary for 11 years as a Special Education Assistant for grades K-2. She has also worked for Cave Country Canoes for six years.
She enjoys horseback riding, camping, exploring the great outdoors, and making dog treats for her fur babies in her free time. She says she loves OCAC because of all the fur babies she sees daily.
